3.1 Service providers
We share personal information with trusted providers who help us run our business — for example payment processors, shipping carriers (NZ Post and partners), and our hosting provider. They may only use it to perform their function and must keep it secure.
3.2 Marketing & analytics partners (overseas)
To measure and improve our advertising, we share limited data with the following overseas providers. Where possible this data is hashed (encrypted) before sharing:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): hashed customer data via the Meta Conversions API, to measure ad performance. Meta processes data outside New Zealand.
- Google: reCAPTCHA (bot protection) and analytics, which process data outside New Zealand.
3.3 Legal compliance
We may disclose personal information where required by law, or to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Our website and customer data are hosted with our hosting provider on servers located in Sydney. Some service providers named above may process data in other countries. Where your information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's protected in line with the NZ Privacy Act.

5.1 Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
5.2 Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We recommend a strong, unique password.

Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong or out of date
- Request deletion, subject to any legal obligations we have
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and object to certain processing
