Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Memsaab, your destination for women's Indian clothing. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering with us.
Shipping Method & Carrier
All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post. International orders to Australia and Fiji are dispatched via NZ Post International or a partner courier of our choice, depending on parcel size and destination.
Destinations & Charges
- New Zealand: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Australia & Fiji: Flat fee of NZD $50 per order. This fee is non-refundable, including for returns, refused delivery, or cancellation after dispatch.
Memsaab may adjust shipping charges based on courier rate changes. The rate shown at checkout when you place your order is the rate that applies.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once handed to the carrier, you'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or text message.
Estimated Delivery Time
- New Zealand (urban): 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- New Zealand (rural): Add 1–3 business days.
- Australia: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Fiji: 10–20 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order — and Telling Us Early
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. From that point the parcel is in the carrier's care.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges (Australia & Fiji)
The $50 international fee covers freight only. Any customs duties, GST/VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We can't control or estimate these in advance. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and any return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible. Costs from re-shipping due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier can't deliver, they'll leave a notification card or follow their standard re-delivery process. It's the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection within the carrier's timeframe. Additional charges from failed delivery, redirection, or return-to-sender are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. Claims raised later may fall outside the carrier's time limits.
Policy Updates
Memsaab may update this policy at any time. The version active when you place your order applies to that order.
