Shipping Method and Carrier

All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post. International orders to Australia and Fiji are dispatched via NZ Post International or a partner courier of our choice, depending on parcel size and destination.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

  • New Zealand: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Australia and Fiji: Flat shipping fee of NZD $50 per order. This fee is non-refundable, including in cases of returns, refused delivery, or order cancellation after dispatch.

Memsaab reserves the right to adjust shipping charges at any time based on courier rate changes. The rate displayed at checkout at the time you place your order is the rate that applies to that order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by Whatsapp/textmessage.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • New Zealand (urban): 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • New Zealand (rural delivery): Add 1–3 business days.
  • Australia: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
  • Fiji: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take a few hours to update on the carrier's website after dispatch.

Customer Responsibility for Tracking and Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel is in the care of the shipping provider. If tracking shows a delay or no movement, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number to follow up. Memsaab is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges (Australia and Fiji)

The $50 international shipping fee covers freight only. Any customs duties, GST/VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Memsaab has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible. Any costs from re-shipping due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a notification card or follow their standard re-delivery process. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection within the carrier's specified timeframe. Additional charges arising from failed delivery attempts, redirection, or return-to-sender are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution due to carrier time limits.

Policy Updates

Memsaab reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version active at the time you place your order applies to that order.
