Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, after which the package will be handed over to NZ Post for shipping.

Shipping Time:
The shipping time depends on your location and the availability of the products. In general, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or public holidays.

Order Tracking:

Failed Delivery Attempts:
In the event that NZ Post is unable to deliver your package due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect address, they will leave a notification card. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact NZ Post and arrange for a suitable redelivery or collection within the specified time frame. Please note that any additional charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts or address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
